Kabob, that is.

This time, I tried a vinegar based bbq sauce from a buddy in West VA as the marinade.

This stuff was fantastic!!!

I do all meat kabobs, and I do veggies and peppers on the side in a veggie basket.

That way, the meat is always done, and the veggies always done, at the same time

That thought is way too sober for me... After 36 hours of low blood alcohol, I am ready to do my meat and vegitables whenever!

Tell us about the sauce.

My W.VA bud tells me that this Sauer's is on the table like ketchup is in some areas.

They use it on everything.

I'm not a fan of vinegar based, because they usually are very acidic to my Midwest tomato based taste buds, but this stuff is more on the sweeter side, so I like it very much

Man, I wish I had stock in Chicago skewers. Bill'd make me *rich*!

:thumbs up: Great meal, Bill! Can't beat a kabob for fun and food at the same time!

I'm not much for vinegar sauces, either, unless it's PP. Then, a vinegar sauce is almost mandatory to help cut the richness from the meat.

Those bobs look most fine! Good eats!
That sauce, at $4.50 per 18 oz. is close to a bargain. Looks like I'll be ordering some.
