Made up a batch of these last night put then in Christene for bout an hour at 250 with hickory just to melt the cheese and add flavorhttp://www.smoked-meat.com/forum/images/smilies2/thumb.gif
Cast iron works well.

par boiled tatters & sliced thin.

made up a taco mix with grnd beef and seasoning.

Top with your fav natcho sauce & chives nice side or snack.

I bet that is kickbutt. Never had it before, but I will! Thanks for showing it to us buster. I suppose that even fried tators would be good with that too. :thumbs up: :thumbs up:

Awesome idea. In the first pic, what are the marks on the cast iron pan that look like pie slices? Just curious.
