Hi everyone.

I've been busy making rub & pickles this morning.

Here's 2 pictures of my rub.

I can give you the base rub recipe if you guys want, but it's mainly the KC rub with 10+ more spices and salt added.

Here's Picture one.

Doesn't Darren Warth have a Big D's rub?
I could be wrong....if you decide to market it, you may want to check in on that....
♥ the Chicken Hat!

What should I do?

That chicken hat is off the chain!!!:msn-wink:Thank you Chargrilled, I've earned from Joneser, Rich, Michelina Mark ( I hope I got his name right )

And it's a basic Rub but mainly used for Ribs and Chicken!

I wasn't planning on it, Although I think my rub was smoken good from what other members told me. ( Just needed salt that's all. )

I tend to lean toward a low salt rub. You an add more non salt flavor, and then add salt later after it macerates.

I like a Low salt to No salt Rub....salt is cheap and I like to add to my taste .....not to have it one size fits all....we have to watch salt intake..... to each there own...:twocents:

I really have to watch mine but the way I eat, I figured I can have at least 1 bone rib to taste and be safe with my sodium intake.
