Hey, have any of you tried the Mojave fajita seasoning? I love fajitas but have never bought a seasoning for them. I've heard some folks just use seasoning salt and I've seen marinades out there. So, I saw this today and picked it up. If you've tried it, let me know how you like it. Here are a few pics. I "THINK" I smell a fair amount of chili powder in it but I'm not an expert on spices by any means. Ok, enough stalling, here ya go:

Prolly smelling the cumin. that's the main thing one smells in chili powder.

I use cumin, ground ancho and chipotle, granulated garlic, oregano salt and pepper then marinate.
