Picked up some nice swordfish steaks and decide to grill them for dinner.:drooling:

steaks marinated in soy sauce, Mirin, garlic, green onion, and a little ginger. Dusted with fresh cracked black pepper

I agree, and I am also curious about the noodles. I have never had asian noodles come out exactly right.
