Since my BBQ sauce tasted flat on the chickens but not the Ribs, I am not going to take this batch to silver lake, Mi! I'm actually making a new batch today, and I am roasting my pepper pot on the grill!

I'm going to also going to roast my secrete ingredients as well!

I will post my base recipe for the sauce after my espresso like tasting coffee wakes me up more ok?

By the way, should I just use the glaze I made that tasted way better then then bbq sauce?

Everyone who tried my wings loved the glaze better.

If it tasted better to you and the others then heck yeah... go for the better flavor - especially when chicken is involved.

Glazes, sauces, marinades are there to add flavor to your meat - use what you like best and keep looking for something better

I'm just debating if I should start the grill to roast the veggies for the sauce, Or if I should go ahead and pull out the electric grill and roast them that way!

Oven roasting kind of scares me a tad bit. I feel safer at the grill, This way I can control everything.

I almost bought one of those Kramer knives. the man is an artist with steel, uses true Damascus twist steel unlike most of the other wannabes.

that knife weight almost nothing.

I have never used Messermeister knives, but I understand they are quite nice.

The kramer is super nice, You should get it, And you're right, It's really light weight.

The only reason I didn't buy it was because I am really short on knife storage.

If you saw my knife :exasper: storage area:shrug: and what is in it :exasper: you would allow me to store some of your lesser prized knives (THINK RONCO) therefore allowing you some additional room to acquire more knives and more spices as I know you have to maintain a storage bldg for them as well. :roflmaoha0::roflmaoha0::roflmaoha0:

Derek, its not that his primary residence is a small trailer, its that is where he has to sleep, as every cubic foot of his home and garage is packed to the rafters with BBQ, hunting, and fishing gear. Ever see those shows about Hoarders???? :roflmaoha0::roflmaoha0::roflmaoha0:
