It tasted really good, And I'm surprised how the noodles turned out for my first attempt.

I've added a touch of sugar to my dough batch!

Nice job!!! One of my goals last winter was to make homemade pasta, didn't happen:exasper:. I've heard that it is so much better.

I bet the taste.. is so much better than store bought stuff.. great job !!!!Oh heck yes, and it tasted so much different then Store purchased stuff! This week I may make a ravioli, Post my results.

I froze some of the dough I could do that, since it has no yeast in it, it will be good for a while!
