Remoulade sauce

1 cup of ‘real’ mayonnaise
2 tablespoons Creole mustard or other whole grained mustard
2 tablespoons ketchup
4-6 green onions, finely chopped - including the green tops
1 tablespoon flat leaf parsley, finely chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 teaspoons Tabasco, or your favorite hot sauce
1 tablespoon of prepared horseradish
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Kosher salt and ground black pepper - to taste
