Okay, this last nights snow/sleet is not summer

But we are fed up

I piad $.25 an ear and grilled some corn tonight.

Red Yellow and Orangwe bell peppers got grilled too.

A Pineapple is ripening on the counter.

I USED THE GAS GRILL FOR THE FIRST TIME IN 7 MONTHS!!!

So after tonights offset chops, I marinaded the chicken with some stuff I picked up at Menard's

SUMMER KABOB'S!!!

I'll post results, but the teryaki smells awesome!!

That marinade looks real interesting! Post pics!
Man, wish we had Menard's here. I miss them after 11 years in Minisoda.

Great looking chow! I also have a pineapple on the counter. I have been sectioning them into 1/8s a marinading. Grill them up and they're delicious!

1/2 c. honey
1 squirt of lemon juice (1 tablespoon)
1 jigger dark rum
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

Marinade in a gallon ziplock for at least 4 hours,
skewer and grill basting with the marinade.
