Who all knows what this is?
Picked it tonight and it will be used with tomorrow nights dinner. They are very good eatin'.:msn-wink:

Armenian cucumber = snake melon = snake cucumber = uri

Cuke was going to be my guess, but since you posted the answer I'll go with english cucumber. We buy these at our local grocer and use them in all our salads, they have a very clean fresh taste. The ones we get are from Canada and are labeled "European".

English cucumber :sign0092: I will look for them and give them a try in an upcoming salad. Do not much care for our regual cucumbers as I dont like the taste or after taste. Thanks for the idea.

Ok, I won't. We like them cause there have very little/if any seeds and I've never had a bitter one. Wife sure likes them.:smack::roflmaoha0: Great w/some vinegar, salt and pepper.:thumbs up:
