Cut a whole head in half, oil and place on a hotgrill. While it is searing, make the sauce. Equal parts of Horseradish Mustard & Brown Sugar. Cook the sauce in a microwave to melt the brown sugar. When the cabbage has established grill marks & is hot all the way thru, remove and drizzle on the sauce. Mmmmm good.
