The grocery store that I stopped at today didn't have the small hams that I used to slice for my last ham steaks; so, I bought a couple of 7oz Jones Dairy Farm brand ham steaks:

I grilled it on the Weber Q120:

and threw on a few slices of buttered potato bread to toast:

The bread was Arnold brand Dutch Country Soft Potato Bread:

Sliced in half the slices fit the bread perfectly for the sandwiches. This ham was not overly salty; so, next time I'll season it with some rub.

Great lookin grub BZQ.

I wonder what if one was to glaze a little sauce on the ham and melt a little pepper jack cheese on it as well, a few slices of onion.........Darn there goes the food A.D.D. again. See how you are?

Thanks to all for the kind words. The melted cheese sounds like a good idea. With the next go, I may just season the ham some and then melt some cheese on it to boot.
