Here it is folks. A GMG Jim Bowie. After extensive reserch I decided on this model. I love the space. It has features on it that Traeger hasn't even dreamed of as of yet. It heats so quickly its un belivable. Plus high temp is 500 for grilling. Low temp is 150 for smokin. It goes up & down in 5% incriments. Has a fan mode that blows the ash out of the fire pot. A fan that prevents smoke from getting into the hopper. Just to name a few.
As much as I love my Traeger, This puts it into the stone age!

Plus when I picked it up today I had another pleasant suprise.
I ordered the optional stainless no warp cover. When I picked it up it also has Stainless steel grates! The one I looked @ had powdercoat grates.
Tommorrow I'm going to season it with a 9 lb Butt!
The deal was sweet plus they threw in a cover!
Nice stainless steel grates
