OK, so I made this in the oven. At least some of the sausage was grilled, and for good reason.

I made (by popular request), some of my Skilletti tonight. Yes, the name is a made up name by me, but I think it is a good name.

Basicallyu, it is spaghetti tossed in fesh made tomato sauce with grilled Italian links and skillet browned bulk Italian sausage, and some pepperonata, then baked at high temp with a little cheese on top.

We had it with a Caesar salad and garlic bread.

I don;t have a plated pic cuz it just wouldn;t pose out right with the pasta and bread on the plate and the salad in the bowl.

But here's what I got, hope you enjoy.

Looked good from my side of town and a side dish of that would have gone "GOOD" with my take-out steaks from OutBack.:sign0092:

Had it left over for lunch today and it was even better than last night. I added some red pepper flake and the slight hint of heat really set it off.:eating:
