20lbs pork tenderloin
30lbs yard bird
3 gal diced maters
3 gal cream corn
10 lbs onions
2 qts v 8 juice
6 bottles texas pete to taste ,more as needed
1 lb butter
2 cups white vinegar
ceyene pepper to taste
Ad the stock as need for consistancey
salt & pepper to taste
hot sauce to taste the heat if needed
onion powder to taste
this recipe is a start of it .ad mater ketchup as needed & vinegar also
spice to your liking
