OK, so I'm a lightweight. I was more in the mood for comfort food that smoking or grilling. I guess I just succumbed to the weather.

I don;t know if the picture coome any where near imparting just how good it was, or for that matter, even how good it looked in person, but I just wanted to share with you as best I could.

So many people overlook braising as a way to make a tough cut into something scrumptious. :thumbs up: How long did it take you to throw it togehter and cook?

About an hour prep time, less if I used dry herbs and store bought lemon rind.

2 Hours @ 325 cook time.
