Anyone OK members know where I can source some pork belly? I have checked all over N. OKC & Edmond with negative results. Mother & Grandmother are all fired up over the new smoker and it looks like I will be doing bacon ASAP.

There is a butcher just south of I40 in the Penn area. I can't remember the name of it but I will look it up in the morning and let you know. It's the only place I have found around here that has pork belly.

Drop a PM to Butcher's BBQ. He is in Wellston. If he dowsn;t have any, he would prolly know where to get it.

You might also call Jason at Ralph's Packing (http://ralphspacking.com/11.html) in Perkins.

This place can get it, but they need a few days notice.

Ask for David.

I don't know what I was thinking. There is a real nice asian market over in the Asian district not far from the governer's mansion(ha).

They would have fresh pork bellies.
