It looks good.

I'd appreciate info as to just what is roughneck sausage. I'm not familiar with the term.

It's a sausage that is made locally. That is their brand name.

Looks similar to Eckrich smoke sausage. I know its garden variety, but when you smoke it up its gourmet.

We hardly ever fire Lucille w/o a little of it on there.

My smoker never fires off without some sort of sausage either. I think my "go to" is normally Loveras. It's hard to beat.
