Ok finally got the smoker running last night. Was gunna smoke on Sun. but got drunk the night before and didn't get-R-done. Okie-one-knobie gave me some good advice on the Goose. I first injected them with some Soy, Teriyaki, Honey, Sugar, Balsamic Vin., and EVOO. Let um sit over night and them some. Wrapped them in some bacon and on the smoke. After 1.5 hours they went into a pan with some onion, EVOO, and S&P back on the heat and took them to an internal of 185 and done.
I have never eatin Goose before so I'm not sure what they should taste like but the guys at the shop say they were top notch. I also put on a BUTT and a rack of spares.

Holy cannoli Batman!

The pork looks good, but the goose looks like sheer perfection in the form of waterfowl.

What did you think of it?

Were they Canada breasts, of snows and blues?

Never had goose before but I sure know my pork and I must say you did an awesome job on those ribs and butt. :wow: :eating: :wings:Great pull back on the ribs and the butt looks killer. :sign0092: for posting those mouth watering pictures.
