I know you folks think I forgot how to cook so took the time to immortalize tonight's dinner. I started by slicing the potato on the apple/potato peeler. Seasoned with CBP and rosemary/garlic seasoning. Stuffed the inside with cheddar cheese, wrapped with bacon, foiled and put on the upper rack of the grill for almost an hour. The steak just got the Canadian Steak Seasoning treatment and grilled til rare.

Sounds like a party brewing!:monkey:I've got some more steaks in the freezer and a whole bin full of those big ol' taters.:D Those are Sam's Club baking potatos. I have to cut them in half so they'll fit in the slicer.

I'm one up on you. I've been to NW Arkansas and the dam chiggers just about drove me crazy (crazier than I already am).:blushing: I did catch a nice bunch of trout on the White River though.

:roflmaoha0: :roflmaoha0: :roflmaoha0: :roflmaoha0: I'm familiar with chiggers. Deep woods off, bath in it before fishing and after fishing.

I've been to CO a few times but not too deep. Usually stayed in Salida then would go on up to Monarch Pass. Usually still snow in patches in June / July. We'll find him Buzz - he can't run with those steaks

With these potatos, you're only limited by your imagination. I didn't even get the smoker out for these. Next time........:drooling:

Looks great to me!

I like the idea of the square plate. It's make it easy to chase down your last few peas.

:roflmaoha0:I'm working on a design for sideboards for extra capacity. How high should I make them? I was thinking about 4" higher just to keep food from spilling onto the table.
