Nothing special but good and easy.. Coated in a little oil and seasoned. I got some new BBQ sauce I wanted to try out, Spicy Peach. Good stuff.

I wasn't when I opened up the top today to get the coals started.. I burned the seasoning off of them yesterday when I was searing the brisket and they were already starting to rust.

The only way I know how to make them, started with frozen sprouts, thawed them, put some olive oil in a HOT wok and added the sprouts with some S&P.

Yeah, prolly best to use an old wire grate for that. They should be easy to re-season though.
