well we are doing a fundraiser for a little girl with cancer in a couple weeks. in talking to someone about this event, they asked if we are availble for others.. sho nuf i said. turns out that this guy is the fundraising coord. for the charlotte area boy scouts. so.. i can cook for about 300ish a pop in my smoker. maybe 350 if i get creative or stack butts end to end instead of flat. thats not enough. so

big smokers. what do you like? brands of more commercial (not quite ready to make the Southern Pride jump. no place to store it. (allthought i do know where a 600# {dont know the brand} is for sale for like $6k if anyone needs a true commercial unit for a good price. the local fare and back yard builders around here dont' really make anything bigger than what i have currently. and theres are all some sort of oil drum based contraption. the nearest "big names" are down in GA, Lang and JOS.

I'm in Charlotte NC if anyone knows of a different direction. but if this goes thru, i'll be in need of more cooking space in a hurry.

I love my backwoods and they make much larger models than the one I have. I don't know how much a Piglet would hold but it's a nice size smoker for the money. I think there is someone on this site who sells backwoods ;)
