Tell us about little about em. Were they just sweet sauced or hot? Anything special or just a sticky pile of wings?

You have to look around that BigAl .. sometimes he wakes up in the middle of a thread and doesn't know how he got there :msn-wink:

I haven't found any that are too hot to eat yet. But I might have a warped sense of what I shouldn't eat, if ya know what I mean :msn-wink:

Just joke'n, you know me. I am a bit serious, though. You have some nice shtuff here, sure would like if you could expand a bit more. hate to say it........but .....well don't tell no body....but I've never had buffalo wings.:blushing: I still have my cherry.:shrug:

Get the oil up to 400 degree temp in deep fryer or big ole pan.The wings will float when done .To get the brown let them cook till your liking of brown color or crispy if you like .

The white chit is chunky blue cheese dressing ,or ranch dressing if u like

In bowl ad your wing sauce and butter with a tsp honey .Ad wings .
if u want hotter ad chili pepper if u dont have blairs hot sauce.Threw the bottle of hot blairs away .empty.

Maria's is certainly the way to go for Blue Cheese! I like a 50/50 mixture of TX Pete's and Buffalo Wild Wing's "Blazin", butter, a little honey, and a healthy slug of my home made habenero hot sauce for my wings. I mostly make them for the wife and I as pretty much all of our friends don't like food as hot as we do. We're both serious chili-heads though.

Do you ever cook them, hold them in a warm oven for a while and then give 'em a quick recrisp right before you sauce 'em.

I love the Chunky Blue cheese,......and I'm willing to bet that Ranch dressing would not be OK with you.

Ever try the Marzetti super chunky dressing (http://www.marzetti.com/products/marzetti/detail.php?bc=30&cid=1&pid=1003)?

Here's another Marzetti dressing (http://www.marzetti.com/products/marzetti/detail.php?bc=30&cid=1&pid=995) that's a favorite around the Okie Ranch

And here's one (http://www.marzetti.com/products/marzetti/detail.php?bc=30&cid=1&pid=1086) that just might do as a sub for blue cheese if it had to.

I've never seen it before, but I would sure buy it if I saw it in the store.

BTW=Peanut Oil-Accept no substitute, huh?:msn-wink:Any other kind of oil used will soak into the wings.Tried them all corn oil wesson oil .these make the wings taste greasy all through the wing.Somethin about the peanut no soak into the wings.

The wings look great! I've never done wings. I do like them, it's just we don't fry very much. So I would have that oil setting their doing nothing but going bad.:shrug:
