Top round steak 2lbs , Dice up to eatin size
1 pack brats sausage
3 peppers green yella, red, red
3 onions diced up big Vidalia onions is what i use
1 can stewed italin maters
spicy mustard
worchester sauce A Dab
couple teaspoons Yoshida sauce
whitepepper A couple pinches

Cook till done and mashed taters .Or over a bed of brown rice.

I'm thinking I'd give that a try!Its a recipe ad as you need kinda deal .Can put bout anythang you want .but it sho nuf is good .The stuff will thicken as it cooks .I did throw a wee bit of rice in the ness though towards the end of cookin for a filler .U wont be disapointed .quick and easy and gut fillin

Brown up some flour dusted chicken parts and make cacciatore in the sauce.

What about a few pre grilled sweet Italian sausages?
