Hi everybody hope you all had a good time over the holidays. Tried somw more bacon this time. Generic wet brine this time for 7 days,3 hrs of mesquite smoke and left until i.t. reached 128f,sliced and froze. was very good.

I LOVE bacon! Bacon should be it's own food group. Fine lookin stuff buster. Thanks for sharing.

Nothing better than Homemade Bacon! Had some for breakfast this morning. Nice job, Piker!

Yeah, that homemade bacon is unreal!
