so we are in a blizzard watch winter storm watch oh well the last 11" of that white stuff is still around.
coworker ask me if i would do a bird since his travel plans got canceled.
so fired up christene befor the wind picks up.:D

Care to tell us what ya did to the bird, like rub, inject, brine, etc?


I think the snow missed us this time. We only have about 1 maybe 2" at most. Not too windy or cold yet either.

Care to tell us what ya did to the bird, like rub, inject, brine, etc?
i used a kc poultry rub and fill the holder with a chicken boulin rubbed under the skin with evoo and a half a stick of butter down the neck.
225°with hickory:woohoo:

ok here it is poor thing just fell apart as i was trying to get him off of the bird holder juices were flowing coworker should be joyed:thumbs up::wow:
