While smoking a Rack of Pork on Sunday (Pork Post) I threw on a few ABT's as well as the pictured Chicken Legs. Dusted them down with SMOKYOKIE Rooster Booster and they were just great. :drooling: :wings:

Okie is a true "Seasoning BARON" and Rooster Booster will only make him more famous.:roflmaoha0::roflmaoha0: If that is possible.

The leg rack came from Lowe's ($ 2.99 I think) BA_LoKo had one and I saw his post and picked up one the next trip to Lowe's. :wings:Good for Wings as well. :sign0092:

While I'm not that big of a fan of the legs (I'm a breast man), I could tear a few of those legs up!:thumbs up:

Because of the Rack of Pork last night I only one small Leg. Tonight I had 4 of those great smoked legs. :wow: They were great, very good smoke taste and the Rooster Booster was a great addition, not overpowering or salty, nice mild spice flavor. Glad I bought another package of those legs. :woohoo:

The famous SMOKYOKIE makes the product but I do not if he sells it direct. If he does not there are several places here in Tulsa that do and I could pick up and mail to you. We also have head Country Rub that is fantastic, OK product that I can always ship to you as well. No problem on my part, always willing to help with "Q".

Looks like a mighty fine job there buster. I guess if I have to have chicken the leg and thigh is where I'm at. Next time give it the famous Okie Wooster Rooster Booster method and see what you think.

Mike: If I'd a known you didn't have a leg rack I could've already given ya one. No miles on it yet - wonder why :msn-wink:
