If it's aluminum, how to you clean it?

I mean most things that make for easy smoke removal will damage aluminum...not that it would really hurt anything.

Great lookin' drums!

Great looking food. I've got this page bookmarked until I can get around to trying it.

What are the dimensions on your rack? I'd like to build something like that.

Maybe this picture (http://www.acehardware.com/product/index.jsp?productId=2364612&CAWELAID=109391389) can help you estimate it.

Personally, if I were going to build one, I think I would prolly build a higer capacity unit.
