Mrs. Shoots requested Beer Biscuits for breakfast this morning, so Tom went to work on it.

I used this nifty Baker's Choice mold to make biscuit cups. Then I put a gob of butter and a little shredded cheddar in the bottom. Then filled with scrambled eggs with crumbled sausage and topped with more cheese.

Yummmmmmyyyyy!

Great idea. :twocents: Never seen a baking dish like that. I will look for one in the future as I can see several applications. :wings:

Tim, NO!

smokinok, Pig, morkdach, I said it was Baker's Choice. My bad . It's Cooks Choice, and they are reversible for other applications. One day I'm gonna make cornbread in it and fill with chili.

Available at Bass Pro shops or here:

I think that needs done soon!:msn-wink:

What's really cool is that I have a commercial size and weight "muffin tin" that has a convex "bubble" in the middle of each hole.

I beleive that it has 12 holes. I always knew that is was a special purpose pan, but never could figure out what for.

I think I now understand.

I will try to post a pic of it later.

Yeah, do that. I'd like to see it.

That is a cool idea. Those would be great stuffed with fried tators and sausage gravy. Thanks for the link. I just ordered both sizes. :thumbs up:
