I'm awful glad to see you cooked that pig brisket, I was going to tell you to send it to me if you didn't want it. We always fight over who gets he brisket meat.

No......Kettle. Haven't used it in a while, and it was cleaned out, so I fired :confused: it up. Love the Kettle for small smokes. Been thinkin of gettin a stick burner to add to my inventory. SHHHHHH......Laura dont know that yet!:eek: Will not lie....that Billy Bones Rub I bought off him last Sat is probably the best rub I've tasted. Will send some to ya if ya want, and mrs T too. Let me know.

I bought the same rub after you left, got it on a picnic shoulder as we speak!!! It tasted pretty good!! ;)

Some great looking spares there Geoff. Didn't have a chance to buy any of the rub. Can it be ordered online....sure would like to try it out.

Oh....and which rub was that??? The one he only leaves on there somwhat briefly?

Yup, the one with the orange cap and you put on 10 -15 min before. Will mail you & W some Ms T so ya'll can try it out first.
