Chicken thighs, that is.

I had some left over competition trimmed thighs that needed cooked before they got freezer burnt, so we thought, what the hey?

I gave them the Rooster Booster treatment and on the drum they went @ the standard 325. Flipped at 20 minutes and then off in another 25 minutes.

I don't know why, but they were just a tad over cooked, but the skin was perfect and the flavor was great.

Oh yeah, I gave them a quick brush of Stink Eye sauce right before they hit the table.

Sorry only one pic, but you know how it can get.

I don't own it, I don't sell it, I don't make any money off it - BUT - I DO USE IT, keep a gallon jug in the fridge.
If you have not tried Stink Eye BBQ Sauce you are missing out.

I don;t refrigerate mine, and it is just as good as it was when I first got it.

The Ph of most BBQ sauces keeps them just fine w/o refrigeration.

Just in case some of you want to try some but don't have room in the fridge.
