Gotta keep this in mind for when my kids get bigger. They aren't eatin' their weight each day (yet), but that day is comin'.

Looks like a great meal! Usually I cook these indoors in a crockpot, but this'll be on the list for a future cook.

Coincidentally, while I hadn't done any for prolly at least a year, the urge struck me Friday and that's what we had for dinner. I indirect grilled, then SBRed ours.

Pig butt is great whether puuled sliced or whatever.
