Just a quick weekday evening meal, I had part of a bottle of Soy Vey Teriyaki marinade and a nice piece of sirloin, so I gave them a quick soak and did this:

Sirloin is my 2nd favorie cut of steak behind the Ribeye,you sure did the King of steaks justice. Why is it the king of steaks? becaus it is the only one that is called "Sir".

That soy vey is GOOD stuff. :wow:Good looking char on that serloin. Bet it was good eating as none of the other steaks have as good of a taste as a serloin in my opinion.:twocents:

Well yeah, but is sirloin Kosher?

isn't there something about only eating the front half of the cow?

I do seem to recall something about that. I wonder if you put it on some spares, if they would be kosher then too? How could you go through life with out Ham, bacon and ribs? Thats devotion.
