Ok You said ya wanted some pics. This is a cook I did last month. I only take on small groups up to 75 and send larger groups to a friend. He does the same for me. I also only do this as a hobby so I really don't want to work that often. My prices are on the high side of average and I usually entertain the guests kinda like a story teller but BBQ related. It is very personal at most my gigs and people keep coming back for more. I have a 250.00 min just to cook PP for 25 and it goes up from there. Only rolls and sauce is included at the minumum package price. My high end plate price is 16.00 and includes 2 sides in addition to the rolls and sauce. I do not do trash haul off and only serve buffet style.

ShooterRicks Smoke-N-Butts Feed 45

It was a rainy day Saturday so we cooked at home, delivered, and setup to feed 45 plus folks. There is tons of Qview and I donít know it will all fit on one post. The event was a great success and we had 6 folks sign up with there emails to receive service packages from us and also one medical business. We provided butt and brisket as well as beans and Mrs. Shooters homemade cinnamon rolls. She also taught the customer how to make her famous hash brown casserole. Our dear friend Ruby came along to help and took most of the photos for me as I mingled and entertained guests. As I prepared the meat for serving I engaged in some friendly banter with the guests and many found the history of BBQ fun and samples were given to the moms and dads of the customer to create interaction. Much humor was involved and many commented on the fun of that part of the event. Well I am exhausted and so here is the Qview.

Here's one we like Brian:

CHEESY HASH BROWN CASSEROLE

1 onion, chopped
1 (2 pound) package frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
1 pint sour cream
2 (10.75 ounce) cans condensed cream of mushroom soup
2 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 tablespoon hot pepper sauce
3 tablespoons butter
4 ounces buttery round crackers, crushed
Directions
1)Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease one 8x12 inch baking dish.

2)Over medium heat, cook the onion until soft.

3)In a large bowl, combine the onion, potatoes, sour cream, soup,1 cup cheese, pepper and hot sauce. Mix well and pour into baking dish. Bake for 50 minutes.

4)In a saute pan, heat butter or margarine and crackers. Cook until golden brown.
5)Sprinkle remaining cheese over casserole, then cracker mixture and bake for an additional minute 20 minutes.

6)let cool 15 minutes then cut into squares and serve.

Dang, I missed this the first go round.

:thumbs up: Great job, Rick! Looks wonderful, and a lot of happy faces (and tummies) there.

Tim, thanks for the casserole recipe. It looks similar to one my family uses, and is really good stuff.
