Made my fathers teriyaki sauce.This was always a favorite.

Had to sample a few to make sure they were done right!:roflmaoha0:
I like the ones that are caramelized the best!That was a whole Tri Tip.There is still half of the one I cooked yesterday left over.Not one Teriyaki on a stick is left.:thumbs up:

:kewlpics: Look great. :eating: I did a teriyaki pork stir fry dish tonight that was quite good. Teriyaki is a GREAT addition to cooking.:twocents:

I don't suppose you might share the teriyaki sauce recipe with us could you Paul?

2 cups Soy sauce

1 jigger whiskey

1/2 beer

1 1/4 cups sugar

1 cup water

large piece sliced ginger

2 cloves garlic

1 large onion chopped

2 teaspoon accent

Boil until sugar is dissolved.

This keeps well in the fridge if you strain the produce out.
Make sure you baste them on the grill.
