Sorry no pix, but I think I may have just had the perfect grilled chicken.

I did my usual drummed up rooster Booster chix, but the last 10 minutes or so, I glazed with Tabasco Sweet&Spicy sauce.

I can;t describe it, I can only sway you need to try it.:thumbs up:

Thats where I was last night. I tried out a recipie I got off of another site for Roadside Chicken. No pics but I will the next time,It was FORKIN AMAZING.

Sorry you had to have chicken buster - but the glaze idea sounds pretty good. Thanks for the idea. I might try it some time :msn-wink:
