Wife wanted pulled pork for her baby shower, her other request was Dutches Beans. So I took off work Friday, and really went to work.
Smoked 4 lbs with an average weight of 10lbs. Did 22lbs of Dutches beans, and made up 10lbs of coleslaw.
While the butts were cooking I through on a couple hotdogs wrapped in bacon for snack. After the beans came off I smoked 2 Digorno pizza's, so my helper would have something to eat.
The weather Friday morning was below freezing and it was sleeting most of the day. All turned out great and everyone loved the food. All 36 of em.
Here are the pics we all love.

Had some folks who didn't like a vinegary Q so no finishing sauce on this pan, just drizzled with some Baby Rays.

 "That's all", he says. Over 70 lbs of food and "that's all". Talk about understatements!

Looks like a great meal to welcome a little one! Gotta love a wife that wants PP for a shower. Now, about any leftovers, ... :essen:

Prolly the best part of it, huh?

Hey why don't you start a thread on the AW-131 over in the "Smokin Tech Style" forum. We can start a thermo rating thread for folks that want to know what to buy.
