I am a new owner of Cookshack's new all pellet charbroiler. It has a 24 x 24 inch grate. We will be cooking this weekend on it at the AR. It has 3 temp settings low average temp is 250, Medium average temp is 400 and high average temp is 575 to 600. I'm so stoked about this cooker.

I saw it outside your trailer while you were cooking. Stuart told me about it. I wanted to stop by and see it after turn ins, but you had already put it away.

I'll look forward to seeing it next time we compete.:msn-wink:

Why dontcha post a pic of it? I'm sure Stuart would enjoy the free plug.

I guess I'm to much of a Pyromaniac to get excited over a pellet pooper.

Sorry about no pics, I've been out of town at the American Royal since last Thursday night. When we get home I post some pics.
