Every year the weelend after Labor Day, my Fire Dept has a fundraiser BBQ We have a huge custom stickburner. Looks better than it cooks, but it puts on a good show :msn-wink:

3 doors, 3 racks per door, 108 slabs of St. Louis cut ribs

Wow it takes a lot of time to peel membranes from that many slabs. Glad it only happens once a year. Thanks for looking.

Sounds like a lot of work.But I am sure there is some fun involved somewhere.

TO a Pork-A-Holic like me that is NIRVANA. Bones are my drug of choice,oh the smoker is really awesome too.

Quite the smoker for sure. 108 racks at a go can sure be handy with a crowd like that though. I think it would be kind of fun to do something like that.

Any smoker that has to be held up with that large of W Flange beam, has my attention for sure. Very nice.
