This is really easy and quick to make and good eats! I will add a bit of minced onion next time I make them to see how that works.
See "Saturday Grub at the Ranch" in the poultry forum for pics.

Southern Fried Green Beans

These Green Beans taste like they have been cooked all day, but only take minutes to make.

INGREDIENTS

5 slices bacon, diced
2 (15 ounce) cans green beans, drained
1 tablespoon white sugar
salt and pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS

1. Place the bacon in a skillet; cook over medium-high heat, turning occasionally, until evenly browned and crisp.
2. Mix the sugar and green beans into the bacon grease. Cook over medium-high heat until green beans become soft and limp and start to caramelize.
