Smells like they're gonna be good, will post finished pics later. Meatballs were ground beef with pork sausage, garlic bread crumbs, egg and french onion soup seasoning.

I guess we forgot to spread the word. Those things were renamed at the Valpo get together.
They are "Q-Balls" now. :drooling: :D
And they eat mighty fine! Baste them well with pepper jelly about 10 minutes before they come off.
