All done with powder, plan to heat it up later today. She is not as nice as some I have seen on the site but I am happy for my first time. Good learning experience, I am planing on a larger one in the fall. We will plan ahead for that one.

Got a fire in it right now, box is 18" x 18" x 20" smoke is flowing nicely

Looks awesome buster! Great job.

Let us know if you have any issues with the fire sitting down that far. You may need to raise up the rack so ash can clear the fire... or I may just be missing what I'm seeing.

Can't wait to see the groceries. Again excellent job!

Thanks for the kind words everyone. I did a second firing today and the temps look good. Have good air flow as far as I can tell, and was able to hold 225 and the 250 for about an hour or two. I ran out of time but I think it will be good, gunna put some meat on this Wed.
