View Full Version : Test run with Rooster Booster

06-28-2009, 10:45 PM
This is the 1st day in a week with temperature below 98. Fired up the drum and did some chick quarters with Rooster Booster. Bathed in L&PWS for an hour in the fridge, then coated with the Booster. Camera battery crapped out so no prep pics. Into the UDS for 45 minutes at 325 then turned up to 350 for another 10 minutes or so to finish the skin.
Plated with a baked tater and some smoked mac and cheese
Finished with a big piece of Cowboy Cake. Good eats. Tim, the Rooster Booster is a big winner. Gonna need to buy a few more for me and some for friends. Hope you got plenty on hand.:thumbs up:
