We can't seem to get enough Rooster Booster chicken. It was too hot out tonight to spend a lot of time outside cooking over a hot fir, so I fired up a drum and put om Rooster Booster chix on it.

Here's the proof.

These are the only seasonings that went on it.

A nice bath in the L&PWS followed by an hour or so ride in the fridge

Then a liberal coating of Rooster Booster

About 45 minutes later @ 325 and here's what we had

Of course, we had some fresh melon, a slathered tater with tempting tater topping, some garden fresh green beans and a garden fresh Greek cuke salad.

Simple, easy, cool and delicious.

Any of you folks that got some Rooster Booster at the gathering tried it yet? You really should.:msn-wink:

Don't want to carry that stuff on. They think it's some sort of dangerous concoction.
I mean........ anything that would "boost" a rooster. :ack2:
Think about it.

Oh. And the eats sure look tasty brother Okie.

Your pantry?

As you remember. I gave out several samples at the gathering. I had made a small batch. I have about another case left and the bottles are for sale for $6 plus postage.

If there is enough interest, I will have a larger batch made and hopefully the price will be lower.

I've heard people talking a bit about it. I haven't had the pleasure of tasting it yet though.

postage will be under $2.

Pay pal it to and include your mailing addy. I can mail it with delivery confirmation for an extra buck or so, but on something this small it doesn't seem worth it.
