Picked up 5 pounds of fresh shrimp today, so I figured some of them grilled for dinner sounded good.:wings:

Made some egg noodles with a modified Alfredo sauce to go with the shrimp.
Nothing real fancy, but it sure tasted good.:drooling:

Nice looking scrimps Jim.

I gotta ask though, did you end up wishing that you hadn't diluted the flavor of the shrimp with the sauce? They looked that good to me.

Funny you said that. I tried a bite or two of shrimp and noodles, then since the shrimp were on the top and not mixed in, I ended up eating the shrimp by themselves and the noodles as a side dish. They were very good all by themselves.:msn-wink:

Looks good Jim!

I took your advice last week and did some shrimp marinated in margarita mix then dusted with some chili lime seasoning.

Pretty good stuff! My son even liked it and we know what a picky eater he is, huh? :roflmaoha0:

That was my first thought. The shrimp just looked too good to mix in any other flavor.:thumbs up:
