I've been craving some nice fresh saltwater fish for a while, so when I saw this halibut on sale for $9#, I couldn;t resist. It took a bath in olive oil and chopepd garlic, then it saw a little salt and white pepper, then a nice hot grill. Sorry though, I was too hungry to think about the finished pix.

Looks great. I have been grilling more and more fish. It has become my favorite way to cook fish. Like the OL and garlic bath. :D

Olive oil and garlic run through the miniprocesser is one of my favorite.

I have witnessed the Okie overcooking a wide variety of food. But it was all edible so far.
