I don't know if I ever posted this before,if so forgive me.

Mustard Based BBQ Sauce
2/3 Cup Yellow Mustard
1/2 Cup Sugar (regular granulated)
1/4/ Cup Brown Sugar
1 Cup Cider Vinegar
2 Tbsp Chili Powder
1 Tsp Black Pepper1 Tsp White Pepper
1/4/ Tsp Cayenne Pepper
5 Drops Tabasco Sauce
1/2 Tsp Soy Sauce
2 Tbsp Butter
Mix all but Soy Sauce and Butter in a Sauce Pan and simmer for 15 minutes.NOTE: Fumes will take your breath so be careful breathing this stuff. Stir in Soy Sauce and Butter after simmering 15 minutes is complete.

Ooh...that sounds good. I think I'll try that when my mustard sauce bottle is empty. I like the mustard on pulled pork sammies.

Anybody know if there is an online recipe box to save stuff like this? I usually print it out and file it in my bbq binder.

I have been using MasterCook for years, the newest version is $18.99 is worth the price.

There is talk of a possible recipe section, have to see how it works out, or if it works out.

As I understand it, the admin bought a recipe script and installed it. It is sitting in limbo now because of glitches and the fact that the developer of the software died.

I do know that they have been looking for good recipe software since the inception of the forum, so if anyone knows of a good program, it wouldn't hurt to pass the info on to admin.
