Went awesome but with the rain we didn't have a lot of time for pics. LOL.
We were like the post office though we delivered. I started getting my briskets ready for another party tomorrow. This is a drop off . Even better

Thanks heres the same one completed. It was raining hard again so I only got one pic. I have completed the 2 Briskies for the party and 1 for us. My wife was commenting yesterday that she hasn't had any que off the new smoker or any since we sold the traeger. She is right, I only just got it home yesterday afternoon since we did the cook at his house for the jobSo I went to Nobles and Alex picked out a nice 10 lb Left handed brisket for her.

Boy I sure do like these smaller briskets. I agreed to 25 lbs of uncooked brisket for the drop off today. He insisted he wanted a HUGE brisket so I picked up a 16 lb briskie. I tried telling him it would be better to use smaller ones and they would actually yield more meat. I did our special marinade to soften up the monster Briskie. Its the one in the pan that is swimming.
