No, I have never bought or cooked pre made chicken wings before, and yes, I never buy Tyson products if I can help it, but the other day at Sam's, they were sampling these:

And they were GREAT!!!

I couldn't help thinking how good they might be with a little peach smoke on them so i wrapped a sheet pan with foil and followed the package directions, only for the "conventional oven" instructions, I used a "conventional smoker (Backwoods)" I put them in frozen @ 400 and pulled them out 18 minutes later.

You know, when I have heard "I never do these sorts of things", it is usually followed with " I'm not that sort of girl".:roflmaoha0::roflmaoha0::roflmaoha0:

Looks good, but I hate those bagged wings. I can never seem to get them crisp enough, nothing worse than biting into a big hunk of fat and gristle.

I had a girl ask me "Just what kind of girl do you think I am?" once. When I told her, and followed up with what i liked to do with "That kind of girl", she smiled and told me she WAS that kind of girl.

These weren't as crispy as fried ones, but they developed a nice crispiness around the edges. Evidently, the 400 was all they needed. Actually though, I don't think 425 would hurt.

Only that they pretty much pioneered the way to flavorless chicken and profiting on the backs of the people they suckered into taking all the risk involved in new poultry production.

Besides that, they are located way too close to Walmart.:roflmaoha0:

Not to mention the reported polluting of our Oklahoma scenic rivers.

I thik maybe Hudson may be a bit more responsible than Tyson in that regard Curt, them and Petersen.

Either way, whover is responsible for breeding the flavor out of chicken meat ought to be strung up. I thik we can all agree on that.:msn-wink:
