Put a 9 lb Boston Butt on the smoker yesterday. Turned out great going to have some great left overs all week. Tried wrapping in foil half way thru the cook that worked out great. Smoked with a combo of Hickory and Mesquite woods. Took my first shot at ABT's used different flavored cream cheeses along with a piece of steak in them. Everybody thought they would good. While I had the smoker going thru on some polish and andouille sausages. Pics below hope you enjoy I know we did. The pics of the pulled pork is what was left after everyone was done eating. I meant to get pics while everything was cookin but not used to this yet.
